Ingredients :
1 kg Potato
5 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons
dried chilli
5 coriander stems
to taste salt
5 tablespoons
mustard oil
2 tablespoons ebi
(optional)
Steps :
§
boiled
or steamed potato/potatoes. after padded cold then peeled skin.
give salt while pinned until
smooth.
§
heat
the oil. fried dried chili and garlic has cut thinly.
after browning enter ebi. then
enter the smoothed potatoes.
stir well.
insert cilantro and mustard
oil.
stir well. lift. Serve.
§
stir
well. insert the coriander leaves are sdh small cut. and put mustard oil.
stir well.
turn off the fire.
serve with warm white rice.
