Chicken Kiev [Ukraina]

Chicken Kiev from Ukraina Ala Tekkadancs


Material :
• 150 grams of butter
• 1 spring onion, chopped
• Parsley sufficiently, chopped
• ½ teaspoon ground pepper
• 500 grams chicken breast fillet
• Right amount of oil

Coating material :
• 100 grams of flour
• 2 eggs, shake off
• 150 grams of panir flour

Complementary :
• French fries

How to make :
§    Mix butter, parsley, spring onion, pepper. Stir well. Divide the three parts. Put each piece in a plastic sheet. Roll up, store in the refrigerator so fast.
§    Cut chicken breast fillet, do not break up, at o'clock until the meat widened.
§    Remove the butter dough from the cooler, open the plastic, put on a chicken fillet, roll it tightly, polish the tip so the butter does not come out.
§    Roll over the flour, dip into the egg, roll it onto the flour. Store back in the refrigerator until it dries.
§    Heat the cooking oil, remove the chicken rolls from the refrigerator. Fry until done.

§    Serve while hot with fries.
