Kushari [Arab Saudi]

Kushari from Arab Saudi Ala Tekkadancs



Material :
1000 ml of water
125 grams of basmati rice
100 grams of macaroni, boiled
100 grams of lentils, soak 1 hour
4 tomatoes, finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons oil for sauteing
1 large red chili, roughly chopped
1 onion, cut into small box
1 ¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper powder

Steps :
§    Boil the lentils and water until half cooked.
§    Add rice and salt. Stir well. Cook over low heat until cooked. Lift. Set aside.
§    Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Enter chili and tomato. Stir well.
§    Add salt and pepper powder. Cook over low heat until cooked and thick. Lift. Set aside.
§    Stir well the mixture of lentils and macaroni. Place it on a serving plate. Pour the tomato stir.
