Celurut Cake [Brunei Darussalam]

Celurut Cake from Brunei Darussalam Ala Tekkadancs



Ingredients :
500 gram rice flour
1000 ml of coconut milk
a pinch of salt
250 gram of Java sugar

Steps :
§    boil the water in a steaming container and adjust the cladding into the former standing up for easy pouring into the cladding.
§    boil the coconut milk, add salt and sugar Java.
§    enter the coconut milk that has been boiling into the flour that has been sifted.
§    stir well, put in a shovel container to easily pour the mixture into the cladding.
