Gà kho gừng [Vietnam]

Gà kho gừng from Vietnam Ala Tekkadancs


Ingredients:
500 grams Chicken breast meat, Wash clean. Cut a small dice
3 pieces Chili sauce, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons Oil for sauteing
1 tablespoon roasted sesame for sprinkling
1 stem Leaves onion, for sprinkling

Sauce material :
100 grams Brown sugar
50 ml Rice vinegar (lemon juice)
2 tablespoons fish sauce (Nuoc cham)
100 ml Water
5 pieces Onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoon Ginger grated

Marinade Materials :
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 tablespoons fish sauce (Nuoc cham)
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon black pepper powder

Steps :
§    Mix average Marinade material. Stir well with chicken meat. Store in a closed container, store in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
§    Mix average sauce ingredients, set aside.
§    Heat the pan, then pour the cooking oil. Enter the chicken meat, let a moment then stir until it changes color (brownish).
§    Put 1/2 sauce ingredients into the pan. Let stand until the water receded / exhausted. The sauce will start to thicken. Stir. Then add the remaining sauce. Let stand again until the sauce thickens. Stir back,
§    When will be lifted enter the piece of cayenne pepper. Turn Off the Fire.
§    Tata over warm rice. Sprinkle with roasted sesame and onion leaves. Serve.
