Shashlik [Turkmenistan]

Shashlik from Turkmenistan Ala Tekkadancs

Ingredients :
1 kg of meat has been in the cow
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 onion
2 tablespoons butter, for spread

Spices:
250 ml of vegetable oil
½ pineapple fruit, grated
50 ml lemon juice
1 tablespoon rosemary
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Steps :
§    Seasoning Condiments {Stir all ingredients until smooth}
§    Cut the beef size 2x2 cm.
§    Soak pieces of meat in spices.
§    Let stand for 30 minutes.
§    Cut the peppers and onions 2x2 cm in size.
§    Stabs pieces of meat, alternating with peppers and onions.
§    Bake over charcoal or iron pan while basting the remaining marinade and give a little butter.
§    Flip through both sides.
§    Remove and serve warm.
