Ingredients :
1 chicken, cut 4
400 grams of
basmati rice, soak 20 minutes

5 cm cinnamon

5 green cardamom

Steps :

First
heat the oil, saute onion and garlic.
§
Add
coriander, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, deaf, cardamom, cloves, turmeric
water, and salt, mix well.
§
Add
chicken pieces, stirring. Cook until the chicken changes color.
§
Add
rice and pour water. Cook until water is absorbed. Lift.
§
Steam
the steamed rice in hot until cooked (30 minutes). Lift.
§
Serve
hot and eat with family.
