Guacamole [Meksiko]

Guacamole from Meksiko Ala Tekkadancs



Ingredients :

1 Avocado, halve lengthwise, discard the seeds
3-4 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Small Onion Onions or 1 Bombay Onion small size, finely chopped
1 Small Shallot Garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Coriander leaves, roughly chopped
½-1 Lime, grated skin, squeeze its water
1-1 ½ Tomato, split, cored
1-1½ tablespoons Java Sugar, fine comb
1-2 Green Tiny Chili
Salt and pepper sufficiently

Steps :

§    Prepare the ingredients.
§    Split the Avocado lengthwise, remove the seeds. Dredge its contents and move it to the bowl.
§    Slice or chop all ingredients.
§    Pour the lime juice on top of Avocado so avocado color does not quickly brown.
§    Pour Olive oil then press 2 Avocados use the fork until smooth or can be aided with a blender. Enter: chilies, tomatoes, grated lime peel, brown sugar, coriander, salt and pepper. Stir well..
§    Correction of flavors .. when less sweet, add more brown sugar.

§    Move the Guacamole to a clean container, pour it again with a little Olive oil and adorn with a slice of lime .. accompany Nachos Chips.
