Kalderata [Philippines]

Kalderata from Philippines Ala Tekkadancs



Ingredients :
2 tablespoon cooking oil
1 onion, thinly sliced ​​ring
5 cloves garlic, chopped
350 gram of distinctive beef inside, diced 2 cm
1 liter of water
300 ml tomato sauce
1 teaspoon pepper powder
2 teaspoon vinegar / vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 pieces of potatoes, cut into pieces
1 carrot, cut into pieces
1 red bell pepper, cut into pieces
50 grams of peas
2 pieces of beef sausage, thinly sliced

Steps :
§    Heat cooking oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
§    Put beef, stir-fry until browned. Pour water, bring to a boil.
§    Add tomato sauce, pepper, vinegar / vinegar, sugar, and salt.
§    Cook until the meat is tender.
§    Put potatoes and carrots. Cook 5-10 minutes until done.
§    Add red peppers, peas, and sausage. Boil. lift, serve while warm.
