Hong Cao Ciro [Taiwan]

Hong Cao Ciro from Taiwan Ala Tekkadancs


Ingredients :
1 chicken
1 small bowl of Hong cao
50 gram of ginger
2 tablespoons black sesame oil

Steps :
§    Prepare the ingredients, wash the chicken and ginger and then drain it, ginger cut thinly.
§    Saute the ginger with black sesame oil, stir-fry until fragrant and ginger color to brown (not to charred) then input chicken meat, stir-fry until the chicken meat changes its color, then input hong cao, cook until boiling, small is the fire, cooked until cooked , until soft meat, approximately 40 minutes, if it is cooked, turn off the heat, lift and pour into the serving dish.
§    Hong cao ciro is ready to serve.
