Gong Bao Ji Ding [RRC]

Gong Bao Ji Ding from RRC Ala Tekkadancs


Ingredients :
500 grams Chicken breast, cut into size ½ x 2 cm
2 tablespoons Ang ciu (can be replaced with apple cider Kusuma)
2 teaspoons of Maizena
2-3 Chillies dried, sliced ​​1 cm, fried until crunchy and browned
2 tablespoons fried peanut without skin
1 egg white
1 teaspoon Garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Ginger, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Leaves thinly sliced ​​onions
Oil for frying & sauteing seasoning
½ teaspoon salt

Steps :
§    Spread chopped chicken with salt, egg white, ang ciu or apple vinegar, and cornstarch. Set aside for 2-3 minutes while heating oil for frying.
§    Fried chicken until submerged with very high temperature for 30 seconds, lift, drain and set aside.
§    Leave about 1 teaspoon of cooking oil in a skillet. Saute garlic and ginger for a few seconds, then add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar. Stir well. Add chicken, dried chilli and leeks. Saute 3-4 minutes.
§    Enter the fried peanuts. Serve immediately.
