Ice Black Dawet Purworejo from Purwerejo Indonesia Ala Tekkadancs


Basic ingredients of dawet ireng Purworejo :
60 gr rice flour
5 tablespoons gray ash, dissolve in 100 ml water and strain
800 ml of water
1 teaspoon salt
½ ounce of tapioca flour or sago

Ingredients of dawet syrup ireng :
2 pieces of pandan leaves
¼ kg brown sugar, fine comb
¼ liter of clean water

Ingredients for coconut milk :
2 pieces of pandan leaves
½ liter of coconut milk (1 coconut)
¼ teaspoon of salt

Supplementary ingredients dawet ireng :
ice cubes as needed
jackfruit to taste, cut into small pieces

How to make black dawet Purworejo delicious and delicious :
§    Mix first rice flour, tapioca flour and filtered ash water in one container, then stir evenly.
§    Pour clean water and stir again until well blended.
§    Boil dawet paste over medium heat while stirring until thickened. If the dawet stew is already bursting, you can pick it up.
