Materials :
2 cups of roughly
shredded carrots
1 ½ cup liquid
milk box
¼ cup sweetened
condensed milk
3 tablespoons
sugar
2 tablespoons
butter without salt
¼ cup cashew nuts,
roughly chopped
1 tablespoon
golden raisins
cardamom powder to
taste or 2 pieces of whole cardamom
Steps :
§
The
first step heat butter in a skillet, put the raisins and fried cashew nuts
until the raisins balloon like balloons.
§
Then
add grated carrots, cook for 7-8 minutes while stirring until the carrots are
soft and change color to slightly brighter.
§
Then
pour liquid milk, stir, cook until the milk absorbs and dries for about 8 - 10
minutes.
§
Now
add sweet milk, sugar and cardamom, cook again about 5 minutes until the halwa
plasticity is dry, not clinging again to the pan when stirred.
§
Next
garnish with cashew nuts or whole sliced cashew nuts.
