Lemang Periuk Kera [Malaysia]

Lemang Periuk Kera from Malaysia Ala Tekkadancs



Ingredients :
Nepenthes
rice pulut
coconut milk to taste
salt to taste
enough water

Steps :
§    First Prepare a nepenthes that will be used for the wrapping tool
§    Then rice pulut mixed with coconut milk to taste then mix the water and salt a little to salty
§    Put the rice pulut into a nepenthes with a tablespoon.
§    Put the milk a little half of the rice pulut content, not too full, just enough
§    When ready, enter into steamer.
§    When it is cooked. Can be eaten with rendang, nut sauce and others.
