Panang Gai [Thailand]

Panang Gai from Thailand Ala Tekkadancs


Main Materials :
350 grams of shrimp, clean
75 grams of frozen peas
6 orange leaves, finely sliced, for sprinkling
2 tablespoon cooking oil, for sauteing
1 lemongrass, take the white part, crushed
½ cm galangal, crushing
2 teaspoon root of cilantro, chopped
750 ml thick coconut milk
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 teaspoon brown sugar, shaved
1 teaspoon salt

Seasoning Ingredients :
5 pieces of dried chili, seeded
2 cloves of garlic
4 onions
1 tablespoon ebi, soak hot water
½ teaspoon pepper



Steps :
§    The first step heat cooking oil
§    Then galangal, saute lemon grass, cilantro root and also spice until fragrant
§    Then pour the coconut milk and also add lemon peel then brown sugar, fish sauce, salt and shrimp input
§    Cook thick and oil, then add peas and lime leaves and then remove the slices
§    Next serve while warm
