Ingredients:
1 kilo of onion
¼ pound of butter
dried mint leaves, basil leaves, parsley or
leaf flat (just a hyphen)
1 tomato
adjust eggs
salt & pepper to taste
Steps :
§
Cook
onions and butter together until brownish.
§
Add
mint, basil or parsley leaves, tomatoes and a little water.
§
bring
to a boil and then add as many eggs as you want, boil the same until the egg
yolk is cooked.
§
Serve Immediately.
