Kala chana chaat [Pakistan]

Kala chana chaat from Pakistan Ala Tekkadancs



Ingredients :
Kala Chana (black gram), to taste, soak an hour in cold water, wash and boil until tender
1 pieces Onions medium size, peeled thinly sliced
1 pieces Tomatoes medium size, peeled thinly sliced
3-4 pieces rawit chilli, thinly sliced
Coriander leaves, to taste, finely chopped
Water Salad, to taste, roughly chopped
Lettuce iceberg, to taste, roughly chopped
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 Pieces of lime

Steps :
Mix all ingredients of lime juice, mix well.
Chana salad is ready to be eaten as a snack or as a friend of rice / chapatti.
