Ingredients :
½ kg of beef ribs,
cut
2 tablespoons
brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy
sauce
2 teaspoons sesame
oil
2 teaspoons of
crushed garlic
1 tablespoons rice
wine
A pinch of black
pepper
½ fresh kiwi
fruit, blend it with a blender

Sprinkle
sugar evenly on beef ribs. After that drain about 10 minutes.

Combine
soysauce, sesame oil, garlic, rice wine, and black pepper in a bowl. Set aside.

Press
the meat with kiwi juice by hand. This is a powerful way to soften meat. After
that, add the sauce you have mixed evenly on the entire surface of the meat.

Set
aside meat for approximately 2 hours. Then bake until cooked. Serve with warm
white rice.
