Laphet Thoke [Myanmar]

Laphet Thoke from Myanmar Ala Tekkadancs


Ingredients :
100 grams egg noodles
100 grams papaya young, roughly shaved
50 grams of soun, soaked
50 grams of cabbage, finely sliced
50 gr bean sprouts, brewed
2 pieces of potato, boiled, peeled and cut into boxes
1 piece of tofu, diced, boiled and fried half-baked
1 red chilli, finely chopped
1 tomato, peeled, finely chopped
1 cucumber, finely sliced
Peanut oil for frying
Rice to present

Spices:
4 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
4 pieces of chili, crushed
3 tablespoons ebi soak then puree
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 tablespoons of soy powder
2 tablespoons of tamarind water
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 pieces of red pepper, finely sliced
1 tablespoon red pepper
1 tablespoon of sugar syrup
Coriander leaves to taste

Steps :
§    Stir the rice with chili until it is red and then set aside.
§    Saute onion, garlic in peanut oil until crunchy.
§    Enter the dry chili, cayenne pepper, syrup, acid water, ebi, soy powder and fish sauce. Mix well until boiling then lift.
§    Arrange the rice on the plate then sour with let thoke sone.
